Single-estate monovarietal olive oils
A single-estate monovarietal is the most precise expression of extra virgin olive oil: one variety, from our own grove, crafted to reveal the exact character of the fruit. PONS produces its monovarietals in Les Garrigues (Lleida), with data-driven early harvest and same-day cold extraction. No blending. No bought-in olives.
The JANIROC range brings together three estate monovarietals and the Jardín Varietal. The Arbequina, soft and fruity, with over 325 mg/kg polyphenols. The Lecciana, a new-generation variety of limited production, over 450 mg/kg, with a unique herbaceous profile. The Koroneiki, intense and pungent, over 500 mg/kg. And the Jardín Varietal, an unrepeatable coupage of over 200 varieties grown on our estate in L'Albagés.
